10 minute fat-burning workout to get shredded during COVID-19

Don’t have any equipment, don’t worry. This workout in the video above by Frank Medrano is intense but effective and can be done in the comforts of your own home. 

The 10-minute workout consists:

10 seconds break between each exercise

  • Push-up to reverse crab toe (30 seconds)
  • Squat staggered (30 seconds)
  • Push-up jack (30 seconds)
  • Plank toe touch (30 seconds)
  • Dive bomber (30 seconds)
  • Run in place (30 seconds)
  • Reverse fly plank to plank hop (30 seconds)

REST 2 minutes

  • Half squat get up (30 seconds)
  • Back extension (30 seconds)
  • Butterfly crunches (30 seconds)
  • Chameleon archers (30 seconds)
  • Side to side squat (30 seconds)
  • Plank kick out (30 seconds)
