From some of Dubai’s most beautiful stretches of sand to picturesque outdoor lakes and even the city’s most popular neighbourhoods, these iconic spots are ideal to get active, safely socialise with like-minded fitness enthusiasts, and enjoy breathtaking views.

Each location features exciting workouts that have been curated in partnership with leading fitness instructors, allowing individuals and groups to work out for free without any equipment – be it calisthenics, combat HIIT or dance routines. Users simply need to scan a special QR code with their mobile device upon arrival at each location to access an easy-to-follow, 30-minute workout video.
