World renowned fitness trainers, Kayla Itsines and Kelsey Wells are all set to take the stage at Dubai Active, which is held in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, on 5-7th December 2019 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

From hosting fitness classes, live Q&A sessions with the Middle Eastern fitness community, the fitness tycoons will also be hosting exclusive meet and greet sessions for their fans and the audience alike.

Dubai Active is the largest fitness extravaganza of the year, hosting leading fitness influencers from around the globe, nutritional talks, wellness sessions, fitness classes and an exhibition with over 200 of your favourite fitness brands giving away free samples and special discounts.

At 28 years old, Kayla Itsines is no overnight sensation. She is the founder of BBG (Bikini Body Guide) which proved to be a gamechanger for the health and wellness industry across the globe. Now, recognised as the most influential personal trainer in the world, Kayla broke world records in 2015, becoming the first personal trainer to train more than 30,000 women in person. Kayla and the BBG Community broke five Guinness World Records in Melbourne, Australia in November 2016. In 2018, Kayla was named one of Time Magazine’s top 25 Most Influential People on the Internet celebrating her success as a personal trainer through transforming the health and fitness industry to help women all over the world conquer their workout fears and create long lasting healthy habits.

“I’m so excited to be attending Dubai Active this year! For me, health and fitness is a lifestyle, not something that takes over your life and I want to help women to feel strong and confident without spending hours in the gym. I can’t wait to train and meet all the amazing BBG ladies in Dubai”, comments Kayla Itsines.

At the age of 30, Kelsey Wells has become one of the most sought-after personal trainers to provide health, fitness and motivational advice to women around the world, including her over 2.5 million Instagram followers. She rose to fame in 2016 after her inspiring ‘Screw the Scale’ transformation photo went viral with a message for women to ignore the figure on the scale and focus on self-love and inner strength. PWR, short for Power, is a revolutionary style of workout that encourages women to lift weights without intimidation.

“I am beyond excited to be hosting my first live PWR session in Dubai this December. This will be my first-time visiting Dubai, so I cannot wait to meet and train with those in the region. I want to help them empower themselves through fitness, unleash their inner strength and understand that fitness is not only about aesthetics, it’s about taking care of our health – mental, emotional and physical”, says Kelsey Wells.
